We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance producer to join our team. As an insurance producer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses. This position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure that rewards your sales achievements.
Responsibilities
  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable policy recommendations.
  2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for individuals and businesses to accurately determine coverage requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  4. Utilize various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms and coverage options on behalf of clients.
  6. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, clearly explaining policy details, benefits, and pricing.
  7. Process policy applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals and generating revenue.
  10. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, insurance policies, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
  1. Possess a valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  4. Ability to analyze and assess risks accurately and provide appropriate coverage solutions.
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
