"I had a very negative experience with this State Farm branch which led me to dropping State Farm coverage entirely. My car insurance was non-renewed and this office was informed, but never reached out to me to let me know. The office workers admitted that they had not emailed, called, or texted me about this non-renewal, despite the fact that communicating was their typical practice. This lack of communication led to me being uninsured for a month. I found out that I was uninsured when I called State Farm minutes after being in a car accident. After speaking to State Farm, I called The office and spoke with Kris. I was in tears, having just been in an accident only to find out that I was uninsured without notice after four years of timely payments and coverage under State Farm. I asked Kris what he was going to do to help and make this right and he repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do and that if I checked my autopay I would know that State Farm had not charged me and that should have told me that I was uninsured. To the office’s credit, after I followed up by coming by the office, Kris and other employees tried to help me. They showed me the notice of non-renewal (which I never received) and informed me I could get my coverage back. I was feeling better about the office until I received my new quote, which increased from $114 a month to $183 a month for a single driver. See you later State Farm … good thing there are other fish in the insurance sea!"
